OUR HISTORY
In 2015, Volantec acquired M&G Marketing, based in Bolzano, with production facilities in the Veneto and Emilia Romagna regions. The former owners of M&G wanted to ensure that their vision of producing high-quality products for the marine sector would continue, and they found a new owner in Volantec, owned by a German entrepreneur, who ensures that this vision is still alive and developed according to the latest standards in the shipping industry. Volantec continues to collaborate with the highly skilled production facilities that are familiar with our products from the initial design stage, allowing us to maintain the recognized quality of our products as known by our customers. |
